Placement
Fee
There is a one-time placement
fee that will be collected when the position is accepted and the worker starts. The fee is one or
two weeks salary based on whether the position is full time or part-time.
Hope & Help Agency, Inc. agrees to refer
prospective candidates to the client. The final selection and decision to hire is solely the responsibility of the client.
All requests for services must be scheduled through us. Hope & Help Agency, Inc. will not be liable for any other
of these actions or arrangements.
We guarantee
all employees for a (30) day period, affective on the starting date of employment. If worker resigns or
is discharged FOR ANY REASON within the period of 30 days, we will refund all fees, less an amount equal to 25% of gross wages
paid such worker during the period of such employment.
OR
Hope & Help Agency, Inc. will make a reasonable effort to
provide a replacement candidate within 1 year of original placement, at no additional cost if client is not satisfied with
the worker.
*Cancellation:
If the client wants to end the contract with worker if no fault of the worker, a minimum of one-week notice must be given.
No exceptions. No Penalty.*
