Fees & Guarantees

Hope & Help Agency, Inc. refers prospective candidates to the client. The final selection and decision to hire is solely the responsibility of the client. There is a one-time placement fee that will be collected when the position is accepted and the worker starts. This fee equals one (1) week of a full-time workers salary and two (2) weeks of a part-time workers salary, in most cases. The part-time workers fee depends on how the skill level required of the worker and how much time is needed to find a qualified candidate for a specific case.

Hope & Help Agency, Inc. guarantees a suitable candidate for domestic service for three hundred and sixty five (365) days, effective on the starting date of employment. If the Worker should resign or is discharged FOR ANY REASON within the first 30 days, we will reduce our placement fee to 25% of the gross wages paid. If the fee has been paid, the difference between the full fee paid and 25% of the gross wages will be refunded or we will replace the candidate at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. If the termination occurs after the 30th day, but before the 365th day, we will replace the candidate only at no additional charge and there will be no refund on the placement fee.

Each worker is self-employed and an independent contractor to the client, unless other arrangements have been specifically made between client and worker. The worker is responsible for paying his/her own employment taxes, unemployment insurance, social security taxes, and have necessary insurance, including health care, unless other arrangements are specifically made between client and worker.

Cancellation: If the client wants to end the contract with a worker, we request a one week notice (if possible) with no penalty.
