FINANCIAL
We place caregivers, nannies/babysitters, housekeepers at our cost, not retail cost. We collect a one-time finder's fee from the client at the time of agreement and offer a "no fee" replacement. The client may discontinue service at any time – there is absolutely no length of service commitment on your part! Our workers are normally the same people who work for 75-100% higher rates if they are billed through a home care agency. We believe that compassion and personality are key ingredients to a good caregiver, nanny/housekeeper and make every effort to recommend people with these qualities.
All rates and fees are negotiable.

If you have special requests, we find the caregiver to suit your needs. Our custom matching system enables us to find a perfect match for you.

PRIVATE CONTRACTOR
By hiring a caregiver, nanny/babysitter, housekeeper as private contractor, you reserve the right to coordinate all tasks and functions. Additionally, you save dramatic sums of money allowing you to afford the home care required. There are no specific responsibilities that our caregivers cannot perform as they work under the direction of you and your loved family members.
